ACCOUNT & ORDER

By what process will I receive my order?

We would be shipping your product on the shipping address mentioned by you. Your order would be delivered at your doorstep through one of the reputed courier companies that we have tie- ups with. In order to ensure the safety of your goods, each order would be delivered in a perfectly sealed package which would make sure that they reach you in the perfect condition.

 

How would I receive the confirmation of an order being placed?

You would be receiving a confirmation email with your order information followed by a separate mail when your order is dispatched. All you have to do is to relax and wait for those awesome products to arrive!

  

What is the process of checking the status of my order?

You would be receiving an email consisting of your order information. You can visit the ‘Track My Order’ tab and check the status of your order. Moreover, in case of any unusual event resulting in delay of your order, you would be receiving a special update. You can even write to us at hello@crazymonk.in and we would address your issue as soon as possible.

 

 

MODE OF PAYMENT

Is making the payment debit card, net banking or credit card really safe while shopping online?

Yes, all debit card, net banking or credit card transactions are always processed over a safe payumoney payment gateway.

 

Why am I unable to see the cash on delivery (COD) option on the payment page?

It basically means that this option is not available at your location pin code by our courier partners. However, you can definitely go for debit card, net banking or credit card payment options.

 

Is there any hidden charge applicable?

Apart from 6% VAT, there is absolutely no kind of hidden charges applicable. You need to only pay the amount that is visible in your order summary.

 

What should be done in case of my payment failure?

You need to retry making the payment ensuring the following things:

  • Information that is being passed to the payment gateway is correct, i.e., billing address, account details, password is accurate. You need to make sure that there is no disruption of Internet during this process.
  • In case your account has been debited even after a payment failure, it would be normally rolled back within 7 business days by the bank. For any assistance in this matter, you could write to us at hello@crazymonk.in and we would be happy to help you out immediately.

 

Is the option of cash on delivery available? Are there any charges additional for it?

Yes, there is cash on delivery option available for most of the pin codes in India. An additional amount of Rs.50 would be charged for cash on delivery.

 

 

SHIPPING AND TRACKING

What is the shipping policy of our company?

We make sure that our customers receive the best experience while shopping with us which is not just hassle free, but also reliable. We take proper care of each and every detail to make sure that your delivery reaches at your doorstep in a perfect condition.

 

What is the time period for delivery?

All orders within India are usually delivered within 5 to 7 working days. Time taken would vary depending upon the shipping address.

Note: Orders such as mugs, mobile cases would take 3 to 4 days before they are shipped as we make these products on order basis.

 

Is there any shipping charge applicable?

Free shipping is available for all orders above Rs 449 within India. For orders below Rs 449 would involve an additional charge of Rs50. In order to know about the shipping charge applicable outside India new contact us at hello@crazeemonk.in

 

 

RETURN POLICY

All customers can initiate a return/exchange request within 7 working days from the day of delivery of the product.

 

We accept  returns or provide free exchange for all our products where you have received a damaged product, defective product or an incorrect size product sent to you from our end.

In case of returns, the product should be in unused condition along with all the original tags and packaging.

Any damage / defect caused by us due to manufacturing error means we will bear the shipping cost. If you changed your mind or did not look at the size chart and if the t-shirt doesn’t fit you, you pay for shipping it back to us. That’sfair enough?

Do you take Bulk Orders?

Yes. You can write to us about your order and the details of your design at hello@crazeeonk.in and we will definitely work out a special discount for you depending on your quantity.

 

How do I know about the correct size for purchasing the garment?
